Communications: Let Us Tell Your Story
The College of Computing communications team's mission is to distinguish, expand, and protect the College's reputation as a leading global center for computing education and research. We provide strategic communications support for the College and its academic and research units, offering a full suite of communications services, including:
- Strategic planning
- Writing & editing
- Media Relations
- Graphic Design
- Photo and Video
We create and market stories, videos, and other multimedia content highlighting the achievements of students, faculty, and staff across the College and its five schools.
We manage College and school websites, social media accounts, newsletters, and other traditional and online communications channels. Our team promotes initiatives aligned with the College and Georgia Tech strategic plans. We leverage the campus communications network to reach broader audiences.
Share Your Story Ideas
Has your team won a hackathon? Have you earned a fellowship or research grant? Has your paper been accepted to a conference? Do you have an exciting or unusual hobby? If so, we want to know! We rely on students, faculty, and staff to share story ideas and news leads. We cover stories that highlight the College and its community.

Creative Services
Creative Services is the Georgia Tech brand standards and guidelines steward for the College. The team ensures College administrative, academic, and research units units abide by Institute visual identity branding standards for websites, printed material, signage, and souvenirs. Creative Services offers graphic design and layout, photography, and videography expertise supporting College units, official functions, and as directed from the Dean. Creative Services maintains the College's photo, video, and logo archive. Email your creative services requests to: creative-request@cc.gatech.edu
Social Media
The College is active on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. We share news and promote events for our five schools, student organizations, and College research centers. To request event promotion, send your campus calendar listing or Mercury link, event URL, and any social media post(s) you'd like us to repost or highlight to communications@cc.gatech.edu at least seven days in advance. You can tag the College using hashtags #GTComputing and #TogetherWeCompute and we'll help you share. We cannot promote solicitations for individual courses, research participants, fundraisers, and events that are not applicable to members of our wider College community.

We love good pictures of the #GTComputing experience! Share your inspired images and a few details and we’ll contact you if it fits with the College’s social media calendar and content.
